We have been unsuccessful in our birdfeeding this year. Usually our yard is the most popular hangout (I have gathered from spying into other yards!). This year we did not hang up our birdfeeder from a tree, but rather scattered seeds on the ground and hung our various feeders from the fencepost. I think this was the reason for our unsuccessful season!!
But someone likes our feeders. This guy was roaming around for almost an hour, eating all our leftover bun feeders and then came across this one. Lucky squirrel. Missy and I got to watch all his antics!

my birdfeeders give me an unreasonable amount of joy... seriously, feeding the birds has become somewhat of a passion around my place. we have lots of squirrels pillaging our feeders- this year more than most. ended up actually buying squirrel food for them which they like. but they still eat from the feeders, and i've decided that's ok☺

Wow that is fantastic about the birdfeeder and having visitors... except that I hate squirrels... they busted a hole in our condo's wall!!! Jerks!!
It annoys my parents when the squirrels get into the feeders but I think watching them is too funny.
