The recipe does not state how many cookies you will produce, but there are a ton. I iced and iced cookies (and I added the whole creamcheese brick too). Plus, I still only have one baking sheet so it takes for-evah to bake anything.

The recipe made enough that I had some to give Janna for post-baby food. (or prebaby, they can eat them whenever they want!) The other container were for Colleen, who made the cupcakes for Janna's shower

These look so yummy, I think I saw them before but they look like too much work. Are the chocolate parts soft and squishy?
