Missy is on a bath-strike. Is this common for 23.5 month olds? She has loved bathing since she was a newborn, and is not afraid of water when she goes swimming. But she refuses to go into the tub. She screams through the entire thing. This has been going on for about a month now. I bought her a big toy floating boat, and she tossed it out of the tub and kept screaming.
But these paints worked. She was shaking with excitement, ready with her little paintbrushes and sponges. Greatest thing was I had all the ingredients too. I like my neon-y color concoctions. The green is "pistachio". She helped me with the recipe and jumped into the tub fully clothed. She stood for the whole bath, but I was able to wash her hair! SUCCESS!!
The paints came off of the white shower walls with water. No crazy clean up necessary.
