Tortilla Lunch

A quick easy lunch for a fussy toddler.
Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter from a 6-10 inch tortilla (we had leftover white tortillas from our Greek Wraps, but you can use any kind you have).
I put a bit of grated cheddar cheese and a few bacon bits as buttons on the "man", but those didn't go over well.
I baked for a few minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
I let her dip in ketchup and sour cream too. Bad mama.

Now why didn't I think of that, mine would totally gobble that all up too. How simple and easy! How was Easter at the k e household?

Very nice. Haha. I need to mom to make one of the Ernie and Bert sammiches (or sangies as your husband calls them) again for me so I can take a pic and send it here! It is a slice of bread, tomato for the nose, two pieces of salami for the eyes with a piece of hard boiled egg in the middle of the salami, and ... I wonder what she did for the mouth? A squirt of ketchup or mustard or something? Pickle?? Mmmm I am salivating! haha!
