Baby Brudder is arriving in a few days. Nana Lynn made a huge batch of chili for us to freeze a few weekends ago. I have other assorted goodies tucked into the freezer--but not as much as I would do if Baba and Nana weren't staying with us for 2 full weeks! We will be fed like royalty after this baby is born. Which is good, because the days leading up to baby have been filled with take out.
His room is ready too. There is nothing special on the walls, no "theme". I found a wooden mobile today I liked with ladybugs and a bee. I have yet to hang it up. He got one brand new thing for his room-- a blue crib sheet! Otherwise his room is mainly functional. His clothes are washed, organized, diapers and wipes are ready to go. I even got the shampoo and lotion. We have been playing in his room daily so its already got a good vibe to it. Father Brent is coming over this week to bless the new house and the new baby's room.
