The price jump to the larger size is about 200.00, and the carpet was a significant amt of money already....but if it looks stoopid than I shouldn't even keep the smaller one.

I want the area rug because its very cold on the linoleum and I want to put the baby down to play on the floor.

The carpet is too small for the room but it may work as a play carpet over a wall to wall install in the family room. Because it is such a rectangular space you may be able to get a remnent to fit at a discount carpet place. Maybe we can browse when I am visiting.

Nana, I know you have excellent taste and have decorated many places but...what if you turned the rug the other way? It would fit better that way with the furniture and almost make it feel like a separate living space from where the tv is located.

i agree with Nana, too small. Hope Nana can help with the space. I gave the perfect rug we aren't using but goodluck getting it out there!
