I finally got a new cookie cooling rack--I can't believe I lost my industrial restaurant sized cooling rack in the move! How could I lose it? It didn't fit in any box! I have asked the new homeowner several times and he must think I am nuts to want a cookie cooling rack so badly! When I took the packaging off of this new red one, I realized its HALF the size of my old one :( Missy helped me with dipping a few of my Black and White cookies. She got chocolate up to her elbows though! ----I love that she is perusing the Cookie Bible. Every recipe has a yummy photo!!!
We have tried a few days with no nap. While getting supper ready, Missy brought some bedding out and declared "I lay down 4 minutes mommy". It lasted 20 seconds.
Baba came for a visit and we read and sang The Whole World (in our hands) a bazillion times. Tonight we went for a drive after swimming to see if we could get her to sleep, and I sang the whole book from memory. I felt like we were on a cross country family road trip, singing gospel tunes!
